Akito was a normal college boy until he was forced to move thanks to his father. He bought an old temple that was rumored to be haunted by the spirit of a murdered princess but Akito didn't believe it.
Strange things continued to happen till he met the rumored spirit who told him he was a physic and could see demons.
Soon after demons started to appear around his new home and he seems to be the only one who can help.
With the help of an esper, a kitsune, a shinigami, a hell hound, a brownie and his ghost room mate Kazumi he may be able to stop the invasion.
